Billing & Charges
We maintain 100% transparency in our billing processes, ensuring you have a clear understanding of financial procedures before and during your treatment.
Outpatient
& Consultation
Consultation and diagnostic charges are payable at the respective billing counters prior to the service. Follow-up consultations within a specified period (usually 7 days) may be offered at reduced rates or complimentary, depending on the consultant's policy.
Inpatient
Billing Structure
Admission Deposits
An initial deposit is required at the time of admission. The amount varies based on the selected room category and the estimated cost of the procedure. This deposit is fully adjustable against your final bill.
Charges Breakdown
Our inpatient charges are structured to include Room Rent, Nursing Charges, Doctor Visit Fees, Procedure Charges, Medications, and Consumables. The Room Rent also dictates the corresponding charges for doctor visits and specific procedures—higher room categories will reflect proportionately higher ancillary charges.
- Interim bills are provided every 24-48 hours.
- Itemized final bills are handed over at discharge.
- Pharmacy charges are billed at MRP.
